Kathy Tunquist
My name is Kathy Tunquist and I LOVE what I do. I grew up in Mentor, Ohio where I met and married my wonderful husband (Gary) and where we have raised our two handsome sons (Brandon and Mitchell).
I have always had an eye for style. When I was 17 years old I received my Manager's Cosmetologist License. I loved helping my clients look and feel their best. I traveled to some amazing cities to enhance my business and design skills. I believe that education in any professional is key for building a successful business.
In 2005 my passion for Real Estate was fueled. I sold my home through The Crockett Team and I enjoyed the process so much that I decided to become a Realtor. I have been with The Crockett Team ever since and I couldn't be happier.
My sellers appreciate what I bring to the table - extensive market knowledge, a solid marketing strategy and my keen eye for style that will help them get their home prepped for pictures and showings to attract the most qualified buyers. I also work with professional stagers, when necessary, to make those few tweaks that will get their home sold quicker and for more money.
My buyers know that I will take the time to explain the home buying process and keep them fully informed on each step in the process. I understand that buying a home is a big investment and can be a little scary so I make sure that I am always available to help when needed.

"After having a couple bad experiences with realtors the previous two times we tried to sell our house, we did some Google research and one name kept coming to the top: Kathy Tunquist. we wanted a realtor who would be aggressive and come into our house and tell us everything we had to do to get it ready for sale. Kathy usually works with houses that sell for way more than our tiny little house would, yet she didn't hesitate to come in and treat us with the same level of respect that she would show a millionaire trying to sell his house. She told us what we needed to do, and we followed her advice to the letter. It took us two months to get the house ready, but following her advise really paid off! We listed the house on a Friday evening, had six showings on Sunday, and accepted an offer on the house (for full list price) Monday evening! It was listed for less than 3 days before it was sold!
