There are many parks and recreation facilities in the area meant to improve the quality of life of the residents of the area. Bruce Yee, Central Park, Classic Park, Classic Park, Lake Country Visitors Bureau, Community Center, Dog Park, Eastlake Gardens, JFK Center, Mitchells’, Surfside Pool, Taft School and Senior Center, Willoway Beach, and Woodland Park are all great places available for you to visit while you are here.
These places include ball fields, basketball courts, benches, bench swings, bocci ball, community buildings, 9 hole disc golf, fishing, pavilions, restrooms, sand volleyball, skate board parks, soccer fields, tennis courts, and great views of the sunset. Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools
Educating the children in the area are schools in the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. Serving the youngest children in the area is the Kennedy Early Learning Center. The elementary schools available are Edison Elementary, Grant Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Longfellow Elementary, RoyalView Elementary, and Washington Elementary. Serving the middle school aged children are Eastlake Middle, Willoughby Middle, and Willowick Middle. The area high schools are North High and South High. Also available are the Technical Center, Kennedy Academy, and St. Mary Magdalene=-St. Justin Martyr School. All these schools score high on state testing and are a good place for your children to gain an education.
